       Phreak Uh Nature clothing based in Rockville, MD is a brand in the early stages of this come up and has found the streetwear game to be mad stressful. Costs of production ranging from $400 - $1500 combined with living expenses and duos music careers have brought this potentially great brand to a re-birthing period. Streetwear is not all fun and games, its hard-work and money. Expect more from Phreak a’ Nature clothing as the brand plans to relaunch on a much larger scale with hopes that they’ll see their shirts being worn nation wide one day.

        I am the Classy Deviant, a writer for The Beta Collective and a lover of hip-hop & skate culture. Mozart to Waka, from Fat Jon to Lex Luger, and Monet to Kidult I recognize and appreciate culture in all forms regardless of social stigma and class placement.        The aspect of culture that has been most closest to me has been clothing ; what one wears is a direct expression of who they are and what they stand for, the flag you fly on the daily. Streetwear in particular has expressed this the best in recent years by associating a lifestyle with their clothing. To actively have your product stand for something while creating lifestyle accessories has been an ingenious and artful move made by an industry that finds its roots on streets and beaches. A company that can produce and proudly put their name on a roach clip one day and execute a high fashion collaberation is what The Classy Deviant is all about.

       Streetwear has done something unexpected for it by recreating a standard for clothing by producing quality pieces made with love, imagination, and craftsmanship. Each day a generation raised on hip-hop and urban life grow the line between streatwear and menswear blurs making it for appropriate to speak of Undefeated and Saturdays NYC in the same sentance. Graphic tees to the classic Oxfords and Chambray streetwear covers the gamut.

       We are The Beta Collective and we not only speak for fashion, we speak for a way of life and a culture of a generation that will come to define the American persona.
